Penelope Cruz and "The Broken Embraces"

"The Broken Embraces" has been on my wish list for quite a while. But it almost disappointed me, the story is quite old, a beautiful girl being with an old millionaire for some reason and when she found her true love, the dangerous trap started...


But fortunately Penelope is so beautiful in this movie. Yes, I'm a big fan of her, not only because of her beauty, she has some power in it. I want get the "Penelope" look make up and I've already bought the lipstick with her signature by "L'oreal Paris". Is that crazy? I think all the girls can understand this, when you have some fever on a star, you just want to get all her style...

New Layout and False Eyelash Try

Hey, I've changed my layout and I'm quite happy with this girly style. As I still love hello kitty, I don't think the passion for pink girly stuff will disappear in my life. My today's look is green-blue eye shadow, peach blush and newly bought rimmel sexy curls mascara. Wanna be a baby doll? Kidding, I'm just having fun by playing with the colors.

And it encouraged me to try false eyelash! Wow! Sometime I do get strange passion for novel things. What I used today is "Make Up Forever" false eyelash, the shop assistant told me this pair was the classic one which supposed to be "natural". But, the result is the opposite. I looked so fake. Maybe the problem was the make up style I had, it was too fresh. The eyelash is for more dramatic things.

So this is my 5 minutes strange passion of today, but I don't regret doing it. We need fun and laugh from some even stupid things.

My Claire's 48 shimmery eye shadow palette

I got this palette 2 days ago and it only costs me 15€! All these colors are quite shimmery
which will work on my tan skin. And they are also wearable and long lasting. It's just 
a little bit chalky so when you put your brush or finger on it, don't be too strong. I quite
like the green ons, actually to me, it's yellow green which is difficult to find. And it's 
quite suitable to spring.

So it's a good deal. But the problem is, have you ever been asked about the brand of 
your make up? I mean among girls there's brands competition which is totally 
meaningless to me. The brand you wearing doesn't mean anything related to your 
personality. I don't want to spend a lot of money on make up. So for this kind of shimmery 
colors I'd like to use some inexpensive products like claire's, to play with the 
colors and use it for going out.

I'd like to be fashionable but on a budget. And I'd like to play with fashion not to be slaved by
it.

especially the shoes! Hope you'll also like the idea.

Why I want to do haul videos on youtube

I started doing haul videos on tudou.com (a Chinese website similar to youtube). First because youtube is blocked in mainland China and secondly haul video hasn't arrived in China. So I thought if I could do it in Chinese, it might be more meaningful. My idea was to talk about style and make-up of myself and what I see in France, and I also would like to hear some interesting comments.

Actually I'm kind of successful, both of my 2 videos got 1000 views during 1 week. Meanwhile on tudou, there is a promotion called "dou jiao" which encourages users to apply to win a higher level of channel system by their self-made and creative video clips. So I applied.

Today I got refused via email and it's quite aggressive: dou jiao is for the creative and oriental videos, now you are not qualified for this. I mean the reason I want to be "dou jiao" is that I want to communicate with more person. I don't care about whether I could be a big name on tudou.com or not. To me internet is a free platform for everyone. No one should be judged like this.

But unfortunately tudou is not the only Chinese website in which exists a meaningless judgement above you. It's almost everywhere even in the daily life in China. I still remember when I was in primary school, I was asked to take off my lovely hairpin by my teacher just because it's beautiful and it might make the other girls jealous. I was deeply hurt by this. In my adolescence I was never 100% confident with my appearance because I know I should be proved by someone or something big ( a teacher, my school or the propaganda).

I do haul video for fun and I feel cool with it. I don't need tudou to educate me what does "creative" or "original" mean. But I'll continue on tudou even if I can't be a "dou jiao". The most important thing is my video and I want to give a message through it : just be yourself, there's nothing more beautiful than it!
